We were the city's first hotel to double as a business and radio headquarters. Our café and rooftop were popular rendezvous points. We brought locals together for Sunday Suppers and social endeavors. Nearly a century later, we're still cueing up the cultivated ambiance we were known for then by offering guests a way to tune in to something that's both new and classic Nashville.

Where Everyone Has A Voice
Hotel check-out is 11:00am. If you left a credit card at the Front Desk and valid email address, your hotel receipt will be sent automatically to the email address you provided.
Room keys will expire on your departure day. You may leave them in your room. Late check out may be requested by calling the front desk, please note we might not be able to accommodate late check-out requests.

The Fitness Center, located on the Concourse Level (level "C" on the elevator), is equipped with various cardio machines and strength training equipment.
Familiarize yourself with the location of hallway fire exits, alarms and extinguishers.
If the alarm is sounded or if instructed to evacuate, test your door for heat or smoke and if clear, go to the nearest exit stairwell.
Do not use the elevators.
If you must remain in the room, place wet towels under the door and tell the operator your room number.
Turn off all air conditioners and stay low to the floor.
The hotel will keep you informed if the weather becomes a threat to the hotel or the surrounding area. If this occurs, the hotel will make an emergency announcement over the Public Address System.
If you would like ice, please call the front desk and they will have a bucket of ice delivered to your room.
Same day laundry and dry cleaning service is available Monday through Saturday. When items are received before 8:00 AM, you can expect laundry delivery by 7:30 PM. A laundry valet bag and a complete price list of services is available in your guest room wardrobe. We will gladly pick up garments by request, or you may leave them at the Front Desk. Some holidays may not include service hours, please call for service on these days.
